What a digital signature provides
Under Kazakhstan’s electronic document law
- Under Kazakhstan’s electronic document law, a document signed with a digital signature has the same force as a paper document bearing a handwritten signature, unless another form is required.
- Record the amount, repayment date, interest and consequences of late payment for a loan between individuals.
How to sign online
Prepare the document
Sign in, then record the parties and the terms: Lender and borrower: full names and personal IDs, Loan amount, Repayment deadline and schedule.
Invite the other party
Send the document using the participant’s email and personal ID; they open it via a link.
Sign
Each party signs with a digital signature or eGov Mobile, from their own phone or computer.
Save the document
Download the signed file with its QR verification code. Files are stored for 30 calendar days after signing is completed.
