What a digital signature provides
Under Kazakhstan’s electronic document law
- Under Kazakhstan’s electronic document law, a document signed with a digital signature has the same force as a paper document bearing a handwritten signature, unless another form is required.
- If the parties to an accident agree on compensation, record who will pay whom, how much and by when.

Send the document using the participant’s email and personal ID; they open it via a link.

Each party signs with a digital signature or eGov Mobile, from their own phone or computer.
Save the document
Download the signed file with its QR verification code. Files are stored for 30 calendar days after signing is completed.
What you should know
When a digital signature is not enough
A receipt does not replace accident reporting required by traffic rules or your insurance. Ask your insurer about the procedure.
If anyone is injured, or a dispute arises, contact the appropriate authorities. A private receipt is not a substitute.
